These Terms apply to all users of our platform, including visitors, registered users, and clients who book consultation services. By creating an account or booking a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

tablecdgae provides digital beauty consultation services through our online platform. Our services include virtual beauty consultations, skincare analysis, personalised treatment recommendations, and related beauty advisory services. All consultations are provided by qualified beauty professionals.

Our services are intended for informational and advisory purposes. While our professionals are qualified and experienced, our consultations do not replace professional medical advice or treatment from licensed healthcare providers.

User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering and booking consultations
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services only for their intended purposes
• Treat our beauty professionals and staff with respect and courtesy
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our platform for any unlawful or prohibited activities
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Not share, distribute, or misuse any content or information obtained through our services

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Consultation appointments must be booked through our official platform. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full consultation fee. We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide full refunds in such cases.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and information provided through our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and consultation methodologies, are the intellectual property of tablecdgae or our licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our platform without our express written permission. The consultation advice and recommendations provided to you are for your personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our collection, use, and protection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All consultation sessions and related communications are confidential. Our beauty professionals are bound by professional confidentiality obligations. However, you acknowledge that consultations may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes, with your explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tablecdgae and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or relating to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific consultation or service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful advice, we cannot guarantee specific results from following our recommendations.

Beauty consultations are advisory in nature and should not be considered medical advice. If you have serious skin conditions or health concerns, you should consult with a qualified healthcare provider. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from following our recommendations.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Porto, Portugal.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
